Harold MorganJerry Wallace
Founder and President

Jerry Wallace founded the General Contractor/Construction Management firm of J.L. Wallace Inc. in 1997 following 10 successful years as a founding partner in the firm of Wallace-Wilkes, Inc. As a long-time commercial builder in Southwest Florida, he credits his success to sound planning and careful attention to detail for every project he undertakes. With more than 25 years of construction experience, Jerry Wallace has developed a reputation of integrity and high moral standards that are reflected at every level of his business practices.

 

Jerry served in the U.S. Army as an infantryman in the 82nd Airborne Division and as a sentinel at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Following his honorable discharge from the military, Jerry attended the University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. He continued his education earning a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. Jerry has also earned accreditation as a LEED AP (Accredited Professional) from the U.S. Green Building Council.

 

His strong commitment to the community in which he lives is evident in the various organizations to which he dedicates his time. He has and presently serves as a Board member for various professional and civic organizations.

 

Under his leadership, Dun & Bradstreet and Entrepreneur magazine have recognized J.L. Wallace Inc. as one of the top 100 fastest-growing companies in America. The University of Florida also has twice named J.L Wallace as a Florida 100 company. In 2010, J. L. Wallace, Inc. was awarded “Contractor of the Year” by the Building Industry Association.

 

Jerry and his wife Joanne have two daughters, Jennifer and Jaclyn.

 

 

Harold MorganHarold Morgan
Senior Project Manager/Estimator

Harold Morgan brings to J.L. Wallace, Inc. more than 20 years of broad and diverse experience in all aspects of construction management. His background includes in-depth knowledge of construction management and conventional construction administration along with the leadership ability to plan and oversee a project from design through completion.

 

Harold received his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. His professional background includes extensive experience in banking/office/retail, multi-family, governmental and school projects. Harolds conscientious attention to detail and planning ensures that every detail of a project is thought out in advance and handled with the utmost professionalism and skill.

 

Harold and his wife Carol have four children, Alexandra, Damian, Adrian and Elaina Marie.

 

 

Ted GadouryTed Gadoury
Project Manager/Estimator

Ted brings a diverse background in commercial construction to his position with J.L. Wallace. His experience includes projects in the public and private sectors ranging in value from $1 million to $45 million. He has a proven ability to provide exceptional project management from design through completion.

 

A graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Ted completed his education as Construction Management Graduate of the Year.

 

Ted and his wife Meredith reside in Fort Myers.

 

 

Jani DenisonJani Denison
Controller

As Controller for J.L. Wallace, Inc., Jani Denison brings more than 20 years experience, including 14 years in construction, to her position. A dedicated professional with a comprehensive background in financial management and human resources administration, she has extensive knowledge and experience in budgeting, forecasting and operations. She also has the ability and experience to handle all financial, subcontractor and personnel related aspects of a project.

Jani graduated from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management.

Jani and her husband Denny have 2 children, Joshua and Allison.
